Mount Battenhall is the third luxurious retirement village by Enterprise Retirement Living (ERL), located in the beautiful city of Worcester. Due to welcome its first occupants in 2020, Mount Battenhall will comprise 132 luxury private retirement homes, including apartments with balconies and individual houses, both new-build and conversion, the latter with high ceilings and embellished with original feature windows. All of these magnificent properties will be built to the highest specification and set in beautiful landscaped grounds. The former St Mary’s Convent School, a stunning Grade II* Listed building, will form the heart of the village and house the extensive opulent communal facilities, including some of the amazing apartments referred to above.
